The EmissionModel..::..Constants type exposes the following members.

AirKgPerCubicMeterStp 
Multiply a double representing the number of cubic meters of air at STP to get kg of air.
This is derived from the facts that air's molecular weight (massweightedaverage) is 28.97 grams per mole
(see http://www.engineeringtoolbox.com/8_679.html) and that air occupies 22.4 liters per mole at STP
(see http://www.epa.gov/nerlesd1/chemistry/ppcp/prefix.htm).
((28.97 g/mole)/(1000 g/kg)) / ((22.4 liters/mole)*1000 liters/m^3) = 1.293304 kg/m^3 

CubicFtPerCubicMeter 
Multiply a double representing the number of cubic feet of volume, to get cubic meters.


CubicFtPerGallon 
Multiply a double representing the number of gallons of volume, to get cubic feet.


CubicMetersPerLiter 
Multiply a double representing the number of liters of volume, to get cubic meters.


KgPerPound 
Multiply a double representing the number of pounds (avoirdupois) of a substance by this, to get kilograms.


LitersPerGallon 
Multiply a double representing the number of gallons of volume, to get liters.
